James Shaw is currently working at NASA’s Neutral Buoyancy Laboratory (NBL). The NBL is an astronaut training facility operated by NASA at the Johnson Space Center in Houston, Texas. Neutral-buoyancy diving is used to simulate the weightlessness of space travel.
Zeb Mitchell, BSME graduate

Zeb Mitchell is currently a Program Manager at Lockheed Martin Skunk Works®. Prior to his current role, he was a Senior Project Engineer at Lockheed Martin’s facilities in Marietta where he worked on the F35. Before joining Lockheed, Zeb worked as a Manufacturing Engineer with Gulfstream Aerospace.
Luke Fussell, BSME and MSAE graduate

Luke Fussell is currently a Senior Equipment Engineer at Tesla. Luke is a Double Eagle having graduated from Georgia Southern with a BS in Mechanical Engineering and an MS in Applied Engineering. He is pictured here next to the first high-pressure die casting machine that Tesla purchased to make underbody castings for the Model Y.
Connor Ashford, BSME and MSAE graduate

Connor Ashford is currently an Engineer at Simcraft and works on motion simulators for racing and flight simulations. He is a Double Eagle having graduated from Georgia Southern with a BS in Mechanical Engineering and an MS in Applied Engineering. He also serves as a Data Engineer for Turner Motorsports. On race days, he acquires and analyzes data to develop and adapt race strategies.
